Please note that from now until October 2024, our 12-story building is undergoing a roof replacement project. Although we are currently located on the seventh floor, the majority of the work has been completed as of 8/4/2024. While the air conditioning is back in service, you may notice some equipment in the parking area and workers onsite during weekdays from 8 am to 5 pm. However, our recent guests have reported minimal disruptions, and we've adjusted our pricing accordingly.

When booking with us, you're securing a rental directly from the owners. We personally oversee the management of our unit and have a fantastic local staff available should any issues arise. Forget about hidden costs; there are absolutely NO resort fees, booking fees, management fees, or parking charges.

Nestled within the Lanai building, our condo boasts direct oceanfront access, presenting breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean and the enchanting islands of Molokai and Lanai. Keep your eyes peeled for turtles, dolphins, and even whales from the comfort of your bedroom, lanai, or via the floor-to-ceiling windows. This cozy one-bedroom condo features a California King bed along with a Queen-sized sofa bed in the living area, accommodating up to four adults comfortably. You'll have access to a full kitchen, washer/dryer, central A/C (excluding specified dates), a large pool, spa, and a beautiful beach located right downstairs. Enjoy recreational activities such as tennis, pickleball, or shuffleboard, along with two BBQ areas and ample complimentary parking.

Your kitchen comes fully equipped with a refrigerator featuring an ice maker, both a Keurig single cup and carafe coffee maker, a coffee bean grinder, French press, waffle iron, electric hand mixer, toaster, and a complete spice rack. Unlike many rentals, we provide more than just a starter kit of supplies; you'll find everything needed for a comfortable stay, including foil, plastic wrap, Ziploc bags, laundry detergent, and additional paper products. Whether you choose to dine at exquisite local eateries or prepare your meals at the condo, you’ll have all the essentials at your fingertips. Why not grill some fresh catch downstairs, perhaps some opah, also known as Moonfish, or order take-out and enjoy it on your private lanai? With dramatic sunsets and picturesque views of Lanai and Molokai as your backdrop, you won’t find a better dining setting.

In our latest updates from fall '23, we've added a new 55" Smart TV in the living room for effortless streaming of your favorite shows. Additional amenities include a DVD player, another TV in the bedroom, spacious ceiling fans, a new washer/dryer, iron and ironing board, plus various extras ensuring your utmost comfort. You’ll also find beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, and two coolers, along with a curated list of nearby restaurants, shops, and other conveniences. Don’t forget to visit the Maui Concierge Services desk located in the lobby—perfect for booking activities and tours throughout your stay.

This condo caters best to a maximum of four adults and is not equipped for children (no porta crib available). Additionally, please note there is no children's pool, and the pool facilities start at a depth of four feet and extend to nine feet.
